Delivery times

Custom watch and Northern Lights watches: 3–4 weeks
Shipping costs: Free — all orders

Delivery method

We ship packages via Posti. You will receive a tracking code by email once the package has been handed over to Posti, and you can track its progress on the Posti website at posti.fi.

Delivery area

We currently ship to Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. International shipping within and outside the EU is not available at this time.

Custom watches

Made-to-order custom watches and Northern Lights watches are delivered within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation. The delivery time begins once we have confirmed the order and received payment. You will receive updates on the status of your watch by email, along with a tracking code once your watch is ready and shipped.

Custom watches are made individually to order, so in exceptional cases the delivery time may be extended, for example due to delays in component deliveries. We will always notify you of this in advance.

Shipping costs

All deliveries are free regardless of order size.

Package tracking

We send a tracking code by email as soon as the package has been handed over to Posti. You can track your package's location on the Posti website using the tracking code at posti.fi.

Delays and problems

Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for the carrier or other delays beyond our control. If your package does not arrive within the stated time or is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or damaged packages should be reported to asiakaspalvelu@loyand.fi. We will handle the matter with the carrier on your behalf.
