Overview

Loyand (Business ID: 3608001-4, Koivukalliontie, 84100 Ylivieska). These terms of service apply to the use of the Loyand online store. By using our store, you accept these terms in full. The store operates on the Shopify platform.

1. Right of use

By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are acting with the consent of a guardian. Placing an order requires providing accurate contact and payment information. You are responsible for the security of your account, if any.

2. Products

Loyand manufactures customized handmade watches and sells ready-made products. We strive to present products as accurately as possible, but colors may appear different on different screens. We reserve the right to change our product range without prior notice.

Customized watches: Custom products made to order are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law, as they are manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications. This is clearly stated before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase a product. The order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation by email and have received payment. Please check your order details carefully before submitting.

If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g. out of stock or a delivery problem), we will notify you by email and refund your payment without delay.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros. We are not liable for value added tax (VAT 0%, Section 3 of the VAT Act), so no VAT is added to the prices. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price at the time of ordering applies to a confirmed order.

Payment is made through Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card details ourselves.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. The delivery time for customized watches is typically 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Watches in stock are delivered within 3–7 business days. We are not responsible for the carrier, customs clearance, or other delays beyond our control. Ownership and the risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns and cancellations

Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law for ready-made watches in stock. The right of withdrawal begins upon receipt of the product. Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

Customized watches made to order are not subject to the right of withdrawal (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16, Subsection 1, Point 3).

Defective products should be reported to asiakaspalvelu@loyand.fi within 14 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual property rights

The Loyand name, logo, and all online store content are the property of Loyand. Copying or using the content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

8. Customer feedback and reviews

By submitting feedback or a review, you grant us the right to use it in marketing and service development. Feedback must not contain illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income, arising from the use or non-use of the service. The rights of consumer customers are governed by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which these terms do not limit.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. The store operates on the Shopify platform, which processes data in accordance with its own practices.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer customers may refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). We primarily aim to resolve all disagreements through negotiation.

12. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. The terms in force can always be read in our online store. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
